The wait is over! Condo residences at ‘A’ali’i in Ward Village, featuring smart studios, dynamic spaces and modern amenities in the heart of Kaka’ako, Honolulu, Hawaii, are finally available for purchase!
Aalii is the next high-rise condominium to be sold by the Howard Hughes Corporation in their exciting and vibrant Ward Village development located in the Eastern portion of Kaka’ako, adjacent to world famous Ala Moana Shopping Center, Ala Moana Beach Park & the working/recreation small boat harbor of Kewalo Basin. I’ve been a client of Tracy’s since 2001 with several purchases and sales of real estate. But he really out did himself with my last condo sale in March 2018. He did a spectacular job of staging my rental property. When I saw the photos, it looked like they were photos from some home and design magazine. He went above and beyond by helping to get contractors to fix things needing repairs (and done at below market rates), getting the unit staged and ready for market quickly, and finding tenants to temporarily occupy the unit while it was being sold. There was another similar unit (with same floor plan) being sold a few floors up from me. But even though the price of the higher unit was similar, many prospective buyers were interested in my property more, which I credit to the staging. Tracy Yamato of Coldwell Banker is an outstanding Realtor in many ways. The purchase of a home is a multifaceted process that often a buyer does not fully anticipate until he/she is in the midst of it.
