I’ve been a client of Tracy’s since 2001 with several purchases and sales of real estate. He’s always been an amazing realtor with a great understanding of the Honolulu market, good insights, and excellent and prompt communicator. But he really out did himself with my last condo sale in March 2018. He did a spectacular job of staging my rental property. When I saw the photos, it looked like they were photos from some home and design magazine. He went above and beyond by helping to get contractors to fix things needing repairs (and done at below market rates), getting the unit staged and ready for market quickly, and finding tenants to temporarily occupy the unit while it was being sold. There was another similar unit (with same floor plan) being sold a few floors up from me. But even though the price of the higher unit was similar, many prospective buyers were interested in my property more, which I credit to the staging. So in the end the buyer bought my unit, even though a higher unit was similarly priced. I highly recommend Tracy as a real estate broker. You will not be disappointed.
